umbrella made from vintage fabrics

I can hardly wait to show you the shed!

It is such a transformation!  The “after” photos are coming very soon.

In the meantime, I wanted to show off this cute little number.

Isn’t it darling?

It is a combination of new and vintage fabrics.  Mostly vintage.

{Notice the old green shed in the background?}

I made one of these several years ago, when my mom and I had a brick and mortar.  It looked so cute in our little shop, that it hurt me to sell it.

I can remember when the lady that bought it said she wanted it.   I responded, “Really?”

She bought the table and chairs and everything we had displayed together, so I decided to oblige.

I love the colors and pattern combination.

And this yellow floral that lines the underside… perfect.

The umbrella pole is not perfect… it has a slight bend to it at the upper half, but I love it!  Just character.

After much consideration and hesitation… I will be listing it in my shop.
