Setting the Thanksgiving Table

I’ve been thinking about Thanksgiving.

Thinking about how to set the harvest table.

What dishes?  What napkins?  Place settings?  Decorations?

This part of the Thanksgiving meal can be so much creative fun.

So I went to one of my favorite cabinets for a little inspiration.

I found this cabinet several years ago at a local antique shop that carries a lot of English antiques.  I was pleasantly surprised to see this scandinavian style cupboard among all the other dark wood pieces.

It holds a lot of my “fun” dish ware.  Those items that aren’t used every day.

And I keep napkins and a few basic tablecloths in the big drawer at the bottom.

I looked, and I pondered, and pulled out a few things.

Then I went to my beloved Pinterest.

I don’t have all the details nailed down…

I’m still working on it.

I’ll let you know what I come up with.
